Her books include Civil Liberties United, Endangered Species, Enduring Values, Standing Strong! Fillmore & Japantown, and In Good Conscience. She has been awarded San Francisco Arts Commission Individual Arts Commissions, VONA and Atlantic Center for the Arts fellowships, and residencies in Wyoming, Georgia, Florida and Washington state.
